In this workshop, I will show you how to reach your full potential in the decisive moment, how to get out of tricky situations and how to determine a match from the very beginning. You will get an introduction to how mental training can help you improve your performance, whether in the game or in training. You will also learn how to keep a cool head in standard situations and have a better chance of hitting the ball perfectly with two very simple techniques.
With immediately applicable practical examples, I will guide you through the sports psychological toolbox of a football player in this 45-minute workshop. This means you will learn things that you can apply directly.
